A NURTURING MINDFUL DAY BREAK
IN THE DARTINGTON ESTATE

During the day you will be invited to :
- Revisit some of the core meditations from the course
- Allow for being in silence for some time together
- Share the gems and/or the questions you may have
- Explore how to refresh, or to re-visit, the practice
We will spend some time walking and/or moving outdoors
in the supportive ambience of Dartington Gardens
WHAT TO BRING
Participants are invited to wear loose, comfortable clothing as well as to bring outdoor walking shoes and weather proof gear. Please also bring a dish for a communal lunch. All other refreshments as well as mats, blankets and cushions are provided, but you are welcome to bring along your preferred cushion or stool.

will be facilitating the “Mindfully Here” day course.
She is a registered Mindfulness teacher of BAMBA (British Association for Mindfulness-Based Approaches) and a long-term Seiki-Shiatsu & Amerta Movement practitioner & facilitator. Daniela has been running mindfulness training for the public, for schools & health organizations for many years in Bristol and in Devon.
She co-authored the book “Embodied Lives”, published by Triarchy Press in 2014. Here she outlines how integrating mindful skills with Amerta Movement and Seiki-Shiatsu touch, can be of lasting benefit to people, including those who are living with chronic pain and stress. In addition to her experience, she brings to her profession a passionate interest and enquiry into what can support wellness and blossoming in one’s life.
